- Suburb, state and geographical location coordinates
- Work history, education and qualifications
- Skills, certifications and uploaded documents
- Profile photo
- Availability and pay rate preferences
For employers:
- Company name, ABN, contact details
- Billing information (processed securely by Stripe)
- Job posting history and candidate interactions
3. How we use your information
- To provide and improve our employment matching services
- To enable employers to find and contact candidates
- To process payments securely
- To verify candidate credentials and qualifications
- To send service-related communications
- To comply with our legal obligations
4. Who we share your information with
We only share your personal information in the following circumstances:
- Employers who unlock your profile: When an employer pays to reveal your profile, your contact details and full profile become visible to them for 90 days.
- Service providers: We use Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting) and Anthropic (AI matching). Each provider is contractually obligated to protect your data.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security on all database tables, and secure authentication. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing
