You can purchase points packages starting from $19 for 450 points. Points can be used for AI Job Matching, profile boosts, instant job alerts, CV generation and verification requests.

The Verified Badge is a green tick shown on your profile that tells employers your certificates and licences have been checked by the CasualHire team. To get verified, upload your documents against each certificate in your profile and then request verification for 200 points. Our team reviews and approves within 1-3 business days. The badge lasts 90 days and must be renewed — this ensures your credentials stay current.

A Profile Boost moves your profile to the top of employer search results for 7 days. You appear as "Featured" in talent search. It costs 100 points.

For 50 points, our AI reads your full profile — skills, experience, certifications, availability and minimum pay rate — and finds the best matching jobs within 50km of your suburb. Results are ranked by match percentage with a personalised explanation for each match.

For 250 points, our AI generates a professional Word document CV based on your CasualHire profile. You can use it as many times as you like — regenerate it whenever you update your profile with new experience or skills.

No. Your contact details are hidden until an employer pays 10 points to unlock your profile. You can also see which employers have unlocked your profile and when their access expires.

For 150 points you get 30 days of instant alerts. Whenever an employer posts a job that is a strong match for your profile (60% or better) within 50km of you, we email you straight away and send an alert to the app if you have it installed. We send at most 3 a day, so it stays useful rather than becoming noise. Applying is always free.

Go to Applied Jobs, find the job and click "Cancel application". This removes you from that employer's applicant list.

Yes. In your profile, you can tick "Open to permanent roles" to appear in searches from employers looking for both casual and permanent candidates.

Employers subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan. Revealing a candidate's full profile and contact details costs 10 points (one unlock). Your plan's unlocks refresh every cycle and don't roll over — but you can top up any time with recharge points, which never expire as long as your subscription stays active. New accounts get a free 30-day trial after ABN verification, no card required.

Starter: $39/month or $390/year for 12 unlocks a month. Growth: $99/month or $990/year for 32 unlocks a month. Pro: $149/month or $1,490/year for 50 unlocks a month. Yearly plans pay out the full year's unlocks upfront and save about 17% versus paying monthly. All prices include GST. Auto-renew is on by default and can be turned off any time.

Top-ups on top of your subscription: $10 for 1 unlock, $20 for 3, $30 for 5, $50 for 9, $100 for 19, $200 for 41. Recharge points never expire, but they only work while you have an active subscription.

You have access to their full profile and contact details for 30 days from the date of unlock. After 30 days the profile re-locks and you would need to unlock again to contact them. Employers can unlock up to 30 candidates per day.

After posting a job, click "Find Matching Candidates" and our AI searches the database for candidates that match your job requirements — comparing skills, location, experience, availability and pay rate. Results are ranked by match percentage.

The AI Recruitment Assistant lets you describe what you need in plain English. For example: "I need an experienced barista for a wedding in Sydney CBD this Saturday, RSA required, $38-42/hr." The AI returns a ranked list of matching candidates.

Yes, posting a job is free. You only pay points to reveal candidate profiles. Featured Job Posts (a promoted slot at the top of candidate search results) cost additional points.

A Featured Job Post puts your job in the Featured Jobs block at the top of candidate search results for 7 days, and marks it with a Featured badge. There are 3 featured slots per page, and your job fills one whenever it is a strong match (50% or better) for the candidate searching — so it reaches people who are actually right for the role rather than everyone. Your listing also keeps its normal position in the results below. It costs 50 points and is ideal for urgent roles.

Candidates can upload their certificates and licences for manual review by our team. Verified candidates display a green Verified badge that you can see before unlocking their profile. This gives you confidence their credentials are genuine.

Yes. You can shortlist any candidate before paying to unlock them. Shortlisted candidates are saved in your Shortlisted tab grouped by job. Their full name and contact details remain hidden until you choose to unlock.

When you change a candidate's status to Hired, you will receive prompts to rate and review the candidate at 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month and 2 months after hiring. This builds a reliable rating system for future employers.
