CasualHire is provided for the sole purpose of connecting casual job seekers with employers in Australia. By using this Platform you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
All content on the CasualHire platform including text, design, logos, AI systems and technology is owned by CasualHire Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.
By submitting content to CasualHire (including profile information, documents and job posts) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services. You retain ownership of your content.
CasualHire uses artificial intelligence to assist with job matching, job descriptions, CV generation and candidate analysis. AI outputs are provided as assistance only and should be reviewed before relying on them. CasualHire is not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
We aim to keep CasualHire available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades or circumstances beyond our control.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be notified by email.
